Hand Therapy

Our hands are an integral part of who we are and how we interact with our world. Working with hands is a medical and therapy speciality. If you have a hand injury or problem it makes sense to see an expert rather than a general therapist. Hand Therapy is the art and science of rehabilitation of the upper limb.

Harbour Hand Therapy is a centre of excellence and will support you in the process of getting you back to work and play following your hand injury or problem.

Hand and arm injuries are often complex in nature and require specialised, diagnosis specific management to optimise functional outcomes.

Conditions and injuries affecting the fingers, hand, wrist and elbow:
